Bats have gone completely silent. That first inning is extremely costly right now. Too many bad ABs with RISP early. Ks and pops ups that can’t move runners. Heels in big trouble and the air is out of this place.

Everybody knew our path to Omaha. Everybody knew the margin for error was extremely thin on the mound. Basically one bad pitch can screw up the whole thing.

I would like to know why McDuffie over Glauber. My best guess is it went bad quick and McDuffie gets hot quicker, but Glauber is the better pitcher. Blowing a lead without using him is brutal.
