Can't wait to hear some people in the wrestling community argue Barr and Mesenbrink should be suspended until a thorough investigation is complete into these claims and shouldn't be allowed to wrestle NCAAs.

Correct.. all you need to see is the list of people who liked his post followed by Big Ten coaches stacking the brackets at BIGs and PSU going 0/3 for awards. This group is made of up athletes who never got a call from Cael and coaches who get beat by him every year. I know who PSU recruits is a very selective process and not just based on skill but the staff needs to double down on this. Imagine a Brock Hardy for the last 4 years instead of The Bartlett’s, you recruit a kid like Mchenry to be a solid backup and get repaid like this. The dude even posted a screenshot of calling Cael after a mental breakdown and Cael responding with words of encouragement. Even the Jimmy Kennedy hire during Covid over the jab I’m sure was a favor to DT and fam, well he got to take a peak behind the curtains for a few years then run off Stillwater. Gotta be careful

I mean, where would PSU's B-team have finished at Big 10's with Ono, Desmond, Pierce, Kasak, Sealey, Henckel, Asher, Connor, and Cochran? At least 4th, 3rd maybe (even without a 125)? It really is PSU vs PSU. LOL.

I'll preface this by saying that I'm not a Penn State fan, I just don't hate you like I do Iowa and Nebraska. When this first came out I thought it was a terrible look. I then spoke to a student at the time who told me some things that made me skeptical. Syd Bartlett's history and behavior made me lean towards this being untrue. Every time McHenry speaks, I understand more and more that it was the product of mental illness that a few less than scrupulous people used for their own attempted benefit.
This entire BS is about nothing more than the oldest drama between men and women. It's a shame the volume of peripheral support players who have been negatively stained.

Done saying.

Totally! After seeing the movie Parasite, I’m never going to hire or rent to related people! No one family should know all your business!

Our B-team would easily handle Iowa. The sun is setting on their men's program - Iowa can now hang their hat on women's wrestling. After all, they came in second this year to the mighty McKendree. Wonder if their women's team has the same strong knee game as the men ?

Saw a picture of Beau up on the JumboTron a couple times this week wearing a PSU Wrestling sweatshirt from in the arena. For someone who was treated so poorly, I wouldn't think he would be supporting PSU.

I read this earlier, then later had this thought…

I hope this guy is just unhinged and not dangerous.., do all these places have metal detectors etc, do Cael and maybe others need personal security… should there be a PFA?

Yikes
I dont know how to post screenshots but on intermat there are also screenshots of the grifter Palacio egging him on. People are using him for their own ends and its not going to get him needed help.

Did he elaborate why?
I'm going to guess it stems from the fact he confronted Cael at PWC and I would not be surprised if he made verbal threats there or subsequently online. Likely has to do with a restraining order that would ban him from PSU and from contact with the coaches.

Yesterday, he posted a 4 part video on instagram. I don't have instagram, but my son showed it to me. Even if I had instagram, I would not have reposted this one. He has moved from delusional and paranoid into someone that needs IMMEDIATE intervention for the safety of himself and others. He names a current psu wrestler that he claims introduced him to Satanism while at psu. He then goes on to mention his desire to commit specific EXTREMELY gross and criminal acts, and claims he needed an exorcism to remove the desire. After I watched it, I thought to myself "Should I notify the police?". Perhaps, I should have, I don't know. It would not surprise me if multiple people contacted the police after viewing the video. It is is very sad and disturbing and he is an individual that needs serious mental help. ( Also, he recorded the video while driving a car which is illegal and incredibly dangerous ).

That rant was beyond bizarre. Sorry, but that is not normal behavior, nor is the Maui nonsense.

From his first video, I said non PSU's fans desire for bad news to come out about PSU is going to prevent Kurt from getting real help that he needs. Like it was extremely obviously from the FIRST video that there are VERY bad mental health signs there but people are like "Of course PSU fans are dismissing this as mental health issues"

Kurt's history of concussions is pretty extensive. It's what ended his seasons a few times at Michigan.

Concussions are NO joke, it's also why I think Tyler should legitimately see as many specialists as possible before ever stepping on a mat again and if the signs are bad enough, his conclusion should be he needs to move on from the sport all together.

Yea. I've had 4 diagnosed concussions, another one that I'm fairly sure that's what happened. Granted, I don't think it's messed me up but man, for weeks after I wasn't the same person. That's for sure. Nothing to mess with.

My nephew lost a year in school, really messed up his thinking, he recovered but it’s still a problem if it happens again.

That's terrible, I hope he is well. I feel I have been fortunate but I guess, maybe Im just not aware of the differences or whatnot. For me it was the immediate aftermath, weeks to month or so. Will say I seemed to get them easier and now I'm older and much more careful because of it.

Been concussed numerous times. High school gym on top of the tallest guys shoulders changing the clock back to get more saturday morning rec. Fell, out for a while.
Took a 1/3 rd of a cement block to the side of my face delivered from behind. Out for a while. My brain was doing computations non stop foy 6 months. Minor connections. Re-wireing itself of sorts. Lots of white star stuff.

It's amazing what the brain can handle and repair itself from, but also scary what can happen to it with it still functioning. I've wondered if the longer you're "out" the more long term issues you have. I think the longest I've been out for was maybe 30-45 ish seconds when I hit a guard rail on i79 after hydroplaning and the airbag didn't go off somehow and my face met the steering wheel. Woke up to people yelling inside the car to see if I was alive or conscious I guess. That one took a while to feel normal again. Also got one from getting dropped for a few seconds from a load bar springing up and smacking me in the forehead while changing an aileron on a 747 in the Air Force. Me and another guy were connecting the load bar to a 4-point hoist and the crane operator didn't pay attention, other guy had his pin in and mine was not. He went up and put tension on it and my side flew up and knocked me straight to my ***. Few seconds later I sorta popped back up and everyone was staring. As I walked back into the jet and then eventually down the stairs into the hangar the shift lead told me to make sure I clean up my blood off the wing 🤣 Which I never did as I got taken to the hospital ha.That one didn't take as long to recover, but I was younger and it was only #2.

I think I only had one (maybe not). Not sharing to compete with others’ stories, but I need some company laughing at myself. Was moving out of an apartment in Crystal City (VA) in 1996. I thought I had everything out of the walk-in closet but wasn’t 100% sure about the top shelf. No problem checking I thought because I was in remarkable shape, so I launched myself straight up in an athletic vertical jump to get look. For whatever reason I didn’t check to see that I was fully inside the steel doorway first. Flat. On. My. ***. Didn’t quite register at first, but after it did I was not doing so well.

jeeez guys.

My concussion stories pales in comparison.

1st grade in Nebraska (and this is why i will always HATE the state) and walking down a pretty steep hill to get to school. Wind catches my backpack and I go headfirst into the concrete. Woke up in the nurses station. And noticed that the gold chain I had gotten as a gift was gone.

Playing tag in the third grade, thought i was slick and ran up one of the ramps that are bars and has a bar handle at the top. Reached for and missed the bar. Remember the fall in Inception? To this day I remember falling in slow motion and then fade to black. LOL. Woke up in the nurses office.

In college, I was playing pickup tackle football with friends. No pads or helmets or anything. I dove to catch a pass and my head collided with the defender’s leg. He ended up on crutches for weeks. I was knocked out and when I came to, one of my buddies was sitting on me and everyone else was huddled around me crying. “I thought we lost you, man” was the first thing I remember hearing anyone say to me. Ambulance soon arrived, in which I vomited violently. The dude sitting on me was doing so to prevent my unconscious flailing from hurting myself. I was also foaming at the mouth, I later learned. I often wonder how much how this experience has affected me permanently.

I would say this partially explains your affinity for White Claw.
