74kg QF: Jayden James vs. Joe Sealey

James drops in on a single, Sealey tries to fend it off, but cannot as James takes a 2-0 lead with about two minutes left in the first period. James drops on another single and finishes it for a 4-0 lead. There's a stalemate called at 1:17. James immediately drops in on a single on the restart, gets a leg in, and finishes it for a 6-0 lead. Stalemate at :50. Sealey shoots and James throws him by and races behind for another takedown and an 8-0 lead at the break.

It was as easy as it reads for James to shoot and finish his shots.

James scores a lightning-quick takedown to start the second, and it's over. James is into the semis. Will face either Cam Amine or Quincy Monday later today.

James TF Sealey 10-0 (3:13)

Amine/Monday..winner gets James.

Not much action. Amine happy to have front headlock and stand around. Monday half single. Amine on clock. and the screen goes dark. Scoreboard out and people are standing around. Monday with the clock point, TD and gut 5-0 lead. Amine with the single to nothing. Amine trying to sumo instead of scoring was what let Monday in. 5-0 break Monday

2nd

Monday shot to Amine sprawl. SM. Amine not doing much for being down 5-0. Monday keeps changing levels to keep Amine from pushing forward. Black screen again. Power issues on Mat 1. Monday with a single Amine with crotch lock for 2 5-2. Monday can get to legs with ease.. Monday in again. Amine with a crotch lock for 2 .. 5-4 Monday wins after a review to see if there was a second exposure before time expired.

Parris pinned Cassioppi in 11 seconds. went for a head pinch and got caught on his back

He's done well made U23 team but others took the spot . James is just a good wrestler I wouldn't say he's better at one style or another. Same with Caliendo. Mitchell is really good guys
Well, I guess we know the answer now lol. Damn James looks amazing because like you said, Caliendo is a hell of a wrestler and sealey looked great last month

Maybe it's the football fan in me, or the biased fan in me, BUT James, given his age, seems like the best 2026 prospect. He's just quiet and goes about his business and thus never got the hype he deserves. In other sports a young guy for his class is viewed as having more room for growth, maybe that doesn't apply to wrestling the same.

It still applies. The top 3 in this class are on the ridiculous level. Jax, Beau and Jayden. As Willie pointed out they all feel like number ones in a P4P ranking.
