Alex Ligertwood “passed peacefully in his sleep with his doggy Bobo by his side” on Saturday, his wife announced.
Ligertwood didn’t appear with Santana until 1979, 7 years after Rolie left. Various vocalists were in those preceding albums. Ligertwood was in Santana from 1979-1985 and periodically through 1994.
saw that version of Journey soon after they formed and wow they were terrible!! Probably the most disjointed performance I ever saw at a big concert. Spectrum I want to say 1976 with Journey, Wishbone Ash and ELO as headliner.
