Not much different than this.
Exactly. The goal was to try to build a lead when he was on the mound and we might have brought DeCaro in for the later innings. Might have worked if we didn’t drop a flyball in centerfield.
Not much different than this.
I don’t like any loss, but you’re right, at least Coastal is a very good team. That being said, the fact that our offense has not been great for lately is extremely concerning. This isn’t a bad loss as they are ranked top ten but the trend of our offense disappearing so often is very concerning.
Personally thought Duff should have stayed in. One day someone will help me understand why you take a pitcher out based on fielding errors. Hull drops a routine fly ball and Schaf miss handles a routine ground ball.
it’s a Q1 game, we have not lost a single midweek game this year, and have like the third fewest losses in the country. just some perspective.Told my wife it's a mistake to bring Matty in. He'll get hammered. True enough it happens. Coastal wants this game bad and we are sleep walking. Losing at home to a ranked team is not good for our resume.
They’re 18 in the RPI.. it does nothing to the resumeTold my wife it's a mistake to bring Matty in. He'll get hammered. True enough it happens. Coastal wants this game bad and we are sleep walking. Losing at home to a ranked team is not good for our resume.
From weekend starter to this in short order. Feel bad for him.Folger with only three pitches in his very shot appearance
The community college that has won a title, and played for it last year? lolI do hate losing to this community college
Sure it does. A Q1 win is better than a Q1 loss, especially if you are being compared to another team with similar Q1 wins come seeding time. They’re 18 in the RPI.. it does nothing to the resume
Shaping up to be an all-time postgame interview I thinkForbes has to be pissed
Well we’re going to be compared to Texas for that #3 seed.. and they’re losing to Sam Houston St soSure it does. A Q1 win is better than a Q1 loss, especially if you are being compared to another team with similar Q1 wins come seeding time.
I honestly believe we’re going to have to play small ball ourselves some. Can’t sit back and wait for big hits. The inability to hit the baseball is gonna be tough when tournament time rolls around.
I’m familiar with Coastals baseball resume, it’s still a trash commuter school and i hate losing to them. The community college that has won a title, and played for it last year? lol
The plan was always mucduffie to matty. Forbes said that in the interviewYou think in that inning matty warmed up, would have been able to see he didn’t have it tonight. If this is what Matty and Boaz can consistently give us, then we can’t really move Glauber to a starting role
