Our bats need to wake up, and wake up real fast. These aren’t even Coastal’s best relievers, and we’re struggling against them. I know it’s just one game, but we just don’t look good.
Why put this guy in? He gets spanked every time
Matty has to be tipping his pitches - he is getting BARRELED every game he enters
Matthijs not fooling anybody at all. Looking like they’re going to beat some of our better arms with some of their depth arms unless things change quickly.
Should have started DeCaro and everyone around me was shaking theirs heads when Matty came in.
What’re we doing? How many hitters they have hitting under .275 and smoking the ball.

Poor coaching decision tonight with the rotation. This should have been the rotation for Queens
Our lack of offense puts way too much pressure on our pitching and defense against good teams. Terrible combo for postseason play.
Folger Boaz enters, this is he second time out of the pen this year. First was on Saturday at Duke
What do you think the 2nd through 6th would have looked like if we didn’t go to Walker?
At some point you have to score some runs.
Can’t trust Matty in the postseason. Just too easy to make good contact on him.

Matty has been given every opportunity to show he can go. He can’t be counted on against teams with a like though. He just can’t.
That’s what is what’s most concerning to me. The postseason isn’t that far away. We shouldn’t be making this many mistakes. Four hits against some of their weaker relievers isn’t going to cut it.
Even though it wasn’t scored one, but the ERROR in center completely changed the dynamic of this game…………..I’ll just leave it right there
They’re putting balls in play while our captain stares at strikes right down the middle
The inability to hit the baseball is gonna be tough when tournament time rolls around.
Got to figure it out at the plate - we're hitting balls hard right at people, they're finding every hole - baseball is so frustrating sometimes
This isn’t a bad loss as they are ranked top ten but the trend of our offense disappearing so often is very concerning.
Coastal is just flat out better hitting team - very disciplined contact swingers with bat speed
It’s a midweek game, and there’s a good chance that game tomorrow doesn’t get played. We don’t play this weekend, so guys have to get work. This game means absolutely nothing in terms of the post season.
Told my wife it's a mistake to bring Matty in. He'll get hammered. True enough it happens. Coastal wants this game bad and we are sleep walking. Losing at home to a ranked team is not good for our resume.
Personally thought Duff should have stayed in. One day someone will help me understand why you take a pitcher out based on fielding errors. Hull drops a routine fly ball and Schaf miss handles a routine ground ball.
