Agree completely…we drink it often and really good for the price. Especially their prosecco if you’re looking for something sparkling…people that like dryer and people that like sweeter all seem to enjoy it.2. Josh (these guys are "negociants" - they don't grow their own grapes - but their wines taste pretty well for the price.
This will have the children purple booting through their noses. Serve them this and watch it get ugly.View attachment 1267929
No joke. If you like sweet reds and ports, this little bottle does this trick!

Thank you!If your palate favors sweeter, non-varietal wines, there is a broad variety of $15 and under wines from which you could select.
Call me a wine snob if you want, but I tend to prefer less sweet, varietal wines. It's a little harder to find a quality varietal wine for under $15 per bottle, but there are a few I can think of. They are gonna skew towards white wines, because they require less aging than reds and, therefore, tend to be a little less costly to produce.
1. McManus (Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Chenin Blanc-Viognier blend)
2. Josh (these guys are "negociants" - they don't grow their own grapes - but their wines taste pretty well for the price.
3. Carmenet
4. Wente (Riva Ranch Chardonnay, Southern Hills Cab, or Sandstone Merlot)
If you are willing to pay between $15 and $25 per (750 ml) bottle, there are a whole lot of choices. I regularly buy some of the following, either at my local Safeway, at Total Wines, or at Costco:
1. Clinker Brick Zinfandel ($18 to $20).
2. Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay
3. Wente Wetmore Cabernet Sauvignon ($22)
4. Pine Ridge (Chenin Blanc-Viognier blend) ($13 to $15
5. Silver unoaked Chardonnay ($15)
6. Hendry (any white wine you can find. They're great. But you'll be at the upper end of this price range.)
7. Lost Fog Sauvignon Blanc ($14 at Costco)
That's just off the top of my head.

These are decent. No reason not to go beyond these.I think both yellow tail and barefoot are decent. Most Australian and New Zeland wines I like and are about $12.00 here.
Thanks Bro!My Man Rick, there are hundreds of great wines under $ 15.00. You are in the Delaware, take a drive up to one of the premium Pennsylvania Wine and Spirits stores and peruse their Chairman’s Select selection. Many many wines, many excellent. For reds, The Argentine Malbecs price out in your range and for the whites so do many Sauvignon Blancs.
Tgar has attached an article for your review. The Erath Pinot Noir and Trapiche Malbec are sensational and we have enjoyed them numerous times. The Josh is very good as well a their wines are inexpensive and decent across the board.
Let us know what direction you go. Hit Tgar up if you need additional info.
Whispering Angel is going to be your go to Rose and all the women attending are going to love you for this choice. Thank Tgar later. Stay away from some of the swill suggested in this thread, hit me up if you need specifics.
if you can find Torresella or Ruffino prosecco, stick with those. They meet your price point and again, everyone will love you like the big dog you are.

Costco is a great idea for low cost, good tasting wines.Costco has a boatload of them. Made by good wineries their malbec and Sauvignon blanc are very good. I use my friends Aviene aerator and you can't beat it. Much like the kirkland vodka made at grey goose by their employees for $19.99 can't beat it
$2 buck Chuck at Trader Joes although i think it might be $4 and some change chuck.Costco is a great idea for low cost, good tasting wines.
Do a white and or a red Sangria and hit all the bases and it's got some "Punch" to it.I need all flavors.

Yes. Having been a resident of Eastern Pa and a Flyers fan and a current resident of the Burgh and a Penguins fan Tgar came out of the gate rooting for the Pens as their royalty, 87, has been incredible for this city. Once the Flyers ( young, fast, tough Rick Tocchet clones ) finish them off in four, it will be all Flyers the rest of the way.U watching the flyers?
Between the cheap wine and cheap canned cocktails this wedding shaping up to be a replay of that time where your parents were out of town for the weekend and you and your friends had a “grown up” dinner party. Last clear memory was that second joint passing around the table and next thing it’s 5 am and you are coming to face down in your mother’s closet covered in her “fancy” shoes………I need all flavors.
