LOL.. Yes, I know how much stuff you accumulate after cleaning up my parents home after 50 years....... Found a gallon size baggy filled with rubber bands. On it was my dad's handwriting, "rubber bands from the newspaper." I'm not sure if I was crying or laughing at the find, but I did get a picture of it.
I love my house but we get great energy moving into a new house/hood. ENJOY!

As someone who has spent a lot of time in Ohio, I believe Ohio to be more similar to PA than any other State in the Union. We have similar populations, beliefs and even geographies. Ohio is but a slightly smaller and flatter version of PA. Cleveland is to Philadelphia, as Cincinnati is to Pittsburgh and Columbus is to State College(Columbus is bigger but State College is more scenic).
Gotta save the rubber bands. You never know when you might need one.

we brought our beautiful lake cobalt to the brackish Chesapeake and as I predicted, it’s now a beat up pos. If moms would have listened, we could have sold the boat to our Hopat marina for $30k and turned it into a $75k proper fishing Grady or such but NOOOOOO. FFS I can’t wait to be rid of it. Lucky if we get 10 for it. SO ANGRY about it

Agree about the need to purchase a boat specifically designed for saltwater. The Cobalt's are absolutely beautiful boats, but they tend to be lake limited and finicky. The Grady White's and Whalers are overkill to me.
Are you in Lawrence County? 10-15 minutes across the border to Ohio and you have cheaper gas, cheaper property taxes, much nicer towns (Poland, Boardman, Canfield) and not much further from Pittsburgh airport.
