I think the NCAA should require At least a 2 year contract on all players that get paid!! That would stop a lot of this foolishness!!

Won't happen. Nil has nothing to do with playing the sport. Thats how it is still considered amateur sports.
IMO, allow one transfer penalty free and then every transfer thereafter you have to sit a year.
The NCAA and member institutions will do nearly anything, by hook or crook, to keep printing money without the responsibility and legal pitfalls that come hand in hand with being considered employers for athletes. (Are they really student-athletes any more?)
