I’m in the camp that wouldn’t be overly upset letting Zoom walk. His TO numbers were markedly higher as a primary ball handler in a Washington system that wasn’t necessarily fast paced and had the luxury of being surrounded by shooters (Des Claude, Wesley Yates) and a proven big man (Hannes) and although it was early in the year, he was originally beat out for the starting position by true freshman JJ Mandaquit. He presents more as a combo guard that will hunt shots before looking to pass, not to mention his FG and 3p% (yes ik he improved from freshman to sophomore year). I think he airs more on the side of a 2 guard that simply is too loose with the ball to be a high level 1. Not to mention it’s eerily similar to Jaland Lowe (pg that put up gaudy numbers on low % on a team that didn’t even get close to winning).
