It’s been like 14 hours though. If we don’t sign our whole roster by tomorrow what’s the point?!
I think I heard there are over 2000 players in the portal. KU, UNC, UL … a lot of teams don’t have rosters the first week of April. So many idiots on this board wanted last year’s team gone and now we get idiots complaining about roster turnover. The Doom Patrol can’t keep its story straight except that it is always mad at Mark Pope.
Along with all the others that individually name every single portal entry smh

It is not just Pope and KY. UT lost 4 to graduation and have had 7 go into the portal. It is basketball as it is in today's world. It is up to Pope to fill the roster with studs.

Hawthorne and potter are known as decent three point shooters, so if they stay that's fine and you can probably keep them cheaper because not knowing what they can produce.

We are in a dead period, no visits allowed until after tomorrow. A lot of questions will be answered next week. I suspect most players want to check out the campus before committing. But in this pay to play era...who knows?

I wouldn’t be opposed to merging and perhaps even pinning one giant Mark Pope sucks thread so every thread doesn’t turn into a Mark Pope sucks thread. It was the exact same way at the end of Cal’s tenure.
It gets redundant to the point reading the board is pointless and there can’t be any good discussion of any topics without faaarrrrr the coach and juvenile insults about the coach’s name (Poop), appearance (Cow), etc.
I expect that kind of thing from teenagers. Most people posting here are at least 35.
Problem is, they don't look around before starting threads AND they think their opinion is too important to just put in a thread, they want everyone to see that they have an opinion and it is more important than all the other hate posts.
They would never keep it to one thread. Only way that would happen, is if a mod kept merging them, but that would be a fulltime job.
Heck, I might start a couple myself, just to see Jedwar get mad.
