Sadly thatās all we have to hold on to at the moment.
Hopefully next year CMP can prove he belongs or we move on to a coach suitable to our needs.

Well UCONN was 6 and 0 in championship games, the law of averages says itās time to lose a game. They got extremely lucky to win 6 title games, however it does seem like luck is on their side more often than not.
UCONN fans crashing out on twitter and it makes me feel a little better. Comedy seeing them complain about refs when the shabazz Napier gif is burned in our heads.
Calipari handed them 2. I know one was in the final 4 but Butler had no one down low that could handle T. Jones.
We've been fortunate. North Carolina lost to Kansas a few years ago. UConn lost tonight. Duke has choked with extraordinary talent.

True but Hurley is the best college coach there is right now. U. Conn was not a great team of talent but he gets them to overachieve (the opposite of Cal). They shouldn't have even been in the game against Michigan but fought to the very end. I don't like Hurley's personality but his coaching is amazing.

YAWN. Me and millions of fans of every team in every sport everywhere cheer for teams we hate to lose no matter what our record is. It's a big part of enjoying sports "ENTERTAINMENT". The "I'm too cool" act that some of your play is laughable. People laugh at you for taking yourself so seriously about a sport you watch from your couch. LMAO at you.. Thank goodness!! I am so sick of that GD UConn program I canāt stand it. They get everything easy. A title out of a crap Coach, Ollie, here they win it almost every time they go to the final four but once(now twice) they had never lost in a national championship game prior to last night when all the other teams with multiple titles have experienced losing in a final, (many multiple times) it does feel good to know that the rabbitās foot permanently sewed up Connecticutās *** finally wore off last night.
Hurley is a nut case, (though a nut case that everyone should study to find out how he is dominating so much in the Tournament.)
Credit to him though as that little punk got the exact game he wanted last night. Grinding and low scoring, Connecticut just could not hit enough shots. Michigan won on defense and free throw shooting in what was one ugly meat grinder of a title game.

Our history is impressive and I am proud of it but, I am involved in the "now" with UK basketball. I am concerned about our team and its direction. I do not like what I see at the moment.
UConn is extremely well coached and obviously they can evaluate talent. They will be a force again next year due to their coach and their ability to bring in guys that fit their program. I am anxious to see what we will be and the next 10 to 12 days might tell us. The real problem is our coach.

Sorry man, I am more concerned about our team. I don't worry about other teams. Sure, I have teams I like and dislike but not to the level that I start posting about it. I truly appreciate good basketball and, I truly wish we had it at UK. I am afraid it will be a while before we see it again. About the only thing I smoke these days can be found in my smoker grill.
