Wait a minute.I'd rather be in Mexico drinking at the swim-up bar and other bars throughout a resort, rather than just getting free drinks at one bar in a hotel.

Absolutely...never had an issue in Mexico (drink bottled water) and that sounds a lot more fun to me than sitting indoors at a bar in the middle of the summer in the desert.Wait a minute.
You prefer visiting a country renowned for highly suspicious water filtration capabilities and willingly swim amongst other alcohol drinking denizens at a swim up bar?
Only you.

If the water doesn't get you, the cartels will.Absolutely...never had an issue in Mexico (drink bottled water) and that sounds a lot more fun to me than sitting indoors at a bar in the middle of the summer in the desert.
Yeah, I'm in Mexico now staying in an Air B&B living off the land. The house has reverse osmosis filters and restaurants don't use water from the tap. The tacos are great!Absolutely...never had an issue in Mexico (drink bottled water) and that sounds a lot more fun to me than sitting indoors at a bar in the middle of the summer in the desert.
I think Circus Circus is still open. Not open for long, but still open.Been there many times. The first, Circus Circus was still there. The towing company behind it was Dan Tanna's office in the show Vegas. Too bad Circus Circus closed, Wiley Coyote super genius BJ Windy Hailstones the tornado golfer may have landed a job there.
Rumor has it that Vegas made things super accessible to the masses, particularly after COVID, and the quality of the clientele took a major drop. So they jacked up prices in order to discourage the riff raff from coming to Vegas, but they may have overshot a bit. Not sure how much of that is true, but we went to Vegas for a show at The Sphere in June, and prices for everything were noticeably outrageous. It sounds like Vegas has taken a bit of a hit recently. Consensus that I've heard is that they went a little too far with prices and people finally had enough (anyone that gets super annoyed at the "resort fee" gets it). I wonder if casinos are starting to correct. Also, summertime is not the best time for Vegas.
Cosmopolitan and Bellagio are my favorites - Mandalay Bay is nice but down the far end of the strip.
