My 2c on announcers. I will use two categories, LIKE and DISLIKE

LIKE
Jeff Byers, I think he does an incredible job, enjoy listening to him, I'm sure some subjectivity at play here too.
Tim Johnson, Does a great job, keeps it interesting without going overboard. enjoy his commentary.
Jim Gibbons, Does a great job, keeps it interesting without going overboard. enjoy his commentary.
Shawn Kenny, I think he mostly does ACC but I like his presentation.

DISLIKE
Shane Sparks, He is just not for me. Too over the top with most of his commentary.
Jordan Burroughs, Too much of a homey and too much I and me. You had your time and I do not care anymore.
Rock Harrison, The "Dick Vitale" of wrestling. My kids love him, I cannot stand him
Quint Kessenich, I just know how he has this job. NEVER has asked a good question. Plus I don't like interviewing right after a match.

Love Shane! He's fun to listen to and is good for college wrestling. We all know what a treasure we have in Byers.

Not sure when Shane first appeared on B10 but I remember dual meets with Tim Johnson and Gibbons broadcast team and it was quite boring, but when either is paired with a more dynamic partner like Shane they are great.

Shane's references to the resilite is his signature. It doesn't bug me. Similar to Byers' repetitive description of the Penn State singlet on every broadcast. It sounds like he's describing a fashion show. I chuckle, but it is his style. I think they're both great. I'd much rather listen to them than some of the B1G Plus student announcers.
Maybe it's just me and growing up in PA with youth wrestling in the 80s. I never heard anyone talking about slapping, rolling or hitting or anything "resilite". That was my experience. It sounds contrived, corporate, and fake to me as a gen Xer.

Jeff Byers is my favorite announcer of any sport, all-time. I pause my TV so that it is just behind Jeff’s call. Really fair (surely more so than I am), knows his stuff, and his enthusiastic calls at the right moments get me all adrenalized.

Byers is a true radio announcer. He gives the listener the ability to visualize exactly what is happening. I went to grad school with a visually impaired guy. His dad was the basketball announcer for a DC university (American or GW maybe) and his dad announced it so his son could follow exactly what was happening. I feel that’s what Byers does.
My classmate eventually was on Jeopardy and did quite well!

I love Jeff Byers. Mute the TV and sync with him. On a level with Scott Franzke IMO, radio announcer of the Phillies. BTW I don't seem to be able to sync with WOWY. Anybody else?

I forget who told me this, but if you have an Amazon Echo, say “Alexa play WOWY 97 point seven”. If it is not synced with the video, say “Alexa pause”, then ”Alexa unpause”. Super easy.

Shane Sparks = Gus Johnson of college wrestling. Can't stand that guy and his idiotic infatuation with resilite. Jeff Byers is the GOAT.
Lol there's no comparison whatsoever to Gus Johnson.

I get that Cocaine Shane isn't everybody's taste. Let us know when he starts calling Ohio State "The World Famous Buckeyes," then shortens it to "World Famous" without saying "Ohio State" or "Buckeyes" and expects people to know WTF he's talking about.

I like Shane Sparks. He’s an interesting character that is easy to notice ad probably a net draw for casual fans. If he could bottle his energy and sell it, he’d be a millionaire.
