Dude has been a drug addict for many years now. He is obviously addicted to the pharmaceutical drugs with the surgery stuff he has been through. I spent 15 years as an addict, its easy to see from here. Dude needs help and probably doesn't want it, can't even admit he shouldn't be driving. Get help Tiger, youre a drug addict Dude. Juat because those come from a dr doesn't make you any less an addict. Get help Dude or your gonna kill yourself or someone else

What‘s concerning is how impaired he was. He could have killed someone. TMZ reported that a cop at scene was alarmed about how out of it he was.

Look, I know all about his numerous injuries. He’s had a ton of physical ailments. However, I looked up his net worth, and it’s between 1.3 billion, and 1.8 billion. Zero excuse for not calling an Uber, or employing a full time driver.

He won’t be punished severely. He’ll lose his license for 30 days, pay a fine, and be ordered to attend a few classes, and of course, pay for all of the damage he caused.

He could have easily killed someone when he rolled his Genesis loaner on that winding California road and learned nothing from it. He’s got an ugly pill addiction, IMO.

Sad to see, what a massive fall from grace. Just like Huggins, no excuse not to have a driver with that much money or to afford the best rehab.

Key Consequences of DUI Refusal in Florida
  • Criminal Charge:Refusal is now a second-degree misdemeanor, which can mean jail time, fines, and a criminal record, separate from the DUI charge itself
    .
    • Second/Subsequent Refusal: A second refusal becomes a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 1 year in jail.
    • License Suspension (Implied Consent): Under Florida’s implied consent law, refusing a test results in an automatic driver's license suspension:
      • 1 Year: First refusal.
      • 18 Months: Second or subsequent refusal.
    • Evidence: The refusal can be used against you in court as evidence of consciousness of guilt.
    • No "Hard" Suspension Exemption: A first-time refusal generally means a 90-day "hard" suspension (no driving) before eligibility for a hardship license, while a second refusal can mean 18 months without a license.

      The Ticket Clinic +5

Important Nuances
  • Applicability: The law applies to breath, blood, or urine tests requested by law enforcement after a lawful arrest.
  • What Constitutes Refusal: Simply saying "no," being argumentative, stalling, or not providing a sufficient sample (e.g., failing to blow properly) can be treated as a refusal.
  • Defenses: Possible defenses include being unable to understand the request due to injury, language barriers, or that the "refusal" was not actually a clear rejection.
  • Legal Advice: Given that refusal is now a separate crime, consulting a lawyer is crucial to handle both the criminal case and the administrative license suspension.

How did Florida change its DUI and breath test refusal laws in 2025?

Florida overhauled its DUI rules in October 2025. Before these changes, if a driver refused a breathalyzer or urine test, they faced an administrative license suspension if impairment could not be proven in court. That has changed. Refusing a test is now classified as a criminal offense. A first refusal can now lead to a second degree misdemeanor charge. The law also states that judges can no longer withhold adjudication of guilt. That means even if you have a clean record, the court is required to treat the refusal as a full criminal conviction.

I still remember the navy seals dinner where they all went out to dinner and the waiter asked who would pay and he got quiet so everyone said they would pay for their own. Yeah he's a dick.

From Venessa Teump who he's dating.

Sources say those past events weighed heavily on Trump’s mind, especially because Woods sometimes drives her and her children.

One insider explained her concern, saying, “She is annoyed because he drives her and her kids around sometimes. She just thinks about all the times that she doesn’t know whether he was good to drive.”

I can’t condone or defend this like some of you are doing.

I am almost willing to bet if the person behind that wheel was just another run of the mill addict, and not a world famous golfer, everyone would be talking about how selfish he was to risk other people’s lives because he got all f’d up and drove.

I used to party myself when I was young. Tried it all, really liked some of it. Still smoke weed and drink occasionally. Haven’t touched a hard drug in 20 years and have havent taken a prescription drug for fun in at least 15 years.

I know more addicts than I would like. Some have valiantly beaten their disease. Others were taken by it. So, I do empathize with addicts and their struggle, but will always have a problem with addicts who endanger others by operating vehicles they have no business operating while under the influence. Sure, they could wrap their car around a tree and only injure themselves. Or, they could hit a family or a school bus head on, creating a tragedy.

It won’t happen because rich people live under different rules than the rest of us, but 60 to 90 days in the county jail might do Tiger some good.

She sounds like a crappy mom. Why would you let that guy drive your kids anywhere?

He doesn't want to do this because..."privacy". Translation...He doesn't want anyone to know what an absolute dirtbag he is. It's why I've never liked him and loved Daly. Daly is who he is and doesn't give an eff who knows it. Tiger is a fake and a fraud and has been his whole life. It's why I always hated K. I loved that audio of his locker room f-bomb laced rant. I hated that he always portrayed himself as holier than thou. Just own it.

He’s a legend of sport, everything he does is news. He didn’t ask for it to be plastered everywhere 24/7. He has made a lot of mistakes over his life, but I don’t see how that makes him a POS. Millions of people everyday shouldn’t get behind the wheel of a car, it doesn’t make it right but it doesn’t make them horrid people either.

He's getting absolutely crushed from so many people. That's exactly what this a-hole needs to wake up and get some help.
