I would put the chances at maybe 5%. Can’t do it in the fall because it would ruin the field during football season. It’s too cold after football season.
Not if they put the whole mat and surrounding area on raised platform - a lot fewer contact points with the turfI would put the chances at maybe 5%. Can’t do it in the fall because it would ruin the field during football season. It’s too cold after football season.

Ruin the field, really???I would put the chances at maybe 5%. Can’t do it in the fall because it would ruin the field during football season. It’s too cold after football season.
Since the Beav’s upper decks are in the ends rather than the sides, reasonable viewing could be had for a half full stadium if they put the mat in or near the end zone and sold tickets for that endJust like with hockey, there will not be a good seat in the house if they wrestle at Beaver Stadium. All seats are too far away for a hockey game. Imagine how little a mat would look on the field.
Why not? We have already taken their damn soulsIf they ever do this it will be first Saturday in November, before a football game and will be done to take the single match attendance record from Iowa.
I am OK doing it for that reason only. Otherwise it is just a publicity stunt. Do it once, luck out and have a nice day and put 70,000 in there for the match. Do it against Lehigh. Pennsylvania, wrestling truly does live here! Why not? We have already taken their damn souls![]()
