Iowa coaching is complete junk.
Mikey had nothing new and got killed.
Hepner gave Mess a tough match because UNC coached him up.
Mess said something to Hepner after the match. Just a guess, maybe thought Hepner was trying to injure him by twisting his leg.

Several good options but having just seen Caliendo's podium reaction my initial vote is for him. It's one thing to get decimated by MM in the finals, and to get 9 shots at a guy and not narrow the gap, but that's such a disappointing reaction and seems on brand with, well, the Brands. Especially given how complimentary MM has been about MC over the years and the respect he has pretty universally gotten from this board.

I appreciate Bo's compassionate take, but I think there's a 0.0% chance Caliendo was stuck in his own headspace and didn't see Mitch's offered handshake. I have a feeling Mike Evans was probably impressed, tho.

Did Mitchell shake everyone's hand on the podium after Carr beat him? Or is only a gentleman when he wins?

Corby, I'm having second thoughts about the posts you've submitted to the BWI board. It was all a big lie. Insider fraud is a crime in Pennsylvania.

So what's the answer to my questions ? Did he shake everyone's hand when he lost?

I'm a wrestling fan that's been stated by me over and over and I don't have a team . The last "team" I rooted for was Rutgers when I lived in NJ years ago

I would tend to give the poor kid the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he just wasn’t in the mood to hug or shake hands or whatever. Sometimes a guy is not in the mood to give an autograph. It’s the same thing. Nobody is obligated to give their time to somebody else. They might not be in the mood.

I mean, if somebody has just suffered a loss, and I notice certain body language, I might just say to myself: now is not the time to approach him with pleasantries or condolences or any of that; I do not have a close enough relationship with that person to intrude on his or her space now.

And, if I did not notice certain body language, and I greeted the person, then when the person does not respond, the lack of response can be the body language. I would not necessarily take offense at it. Everything is not about me. The guy does not owe me anything.

And they all sit in the chairs for a few minutes before they go on the stand you could do it then. It's no different then the Hardy tummy tap just unnecessary regardless of intent

The interesting thing about the end of that match was it was obvious to me Mitchell didn't care about maintaining his 100% season Bonus rate. If he did, he would have pursued one more TD. He has mentioned many times how he appreciates when wrestlers try to score on him. Hepner didn't do that. He seemed content to get into scrambles and tie up Mitch's legs.

Do you go to 34 and holding, or one of the Ohio State boards with questions like this?

In that scenario, Carr would have been the one extending the handshake to Mitchell and he refused it, which as far as I know never happened. Passive-aggressive posts like this are what have brought you grief from this Board. Responding in a passive-aggressive manner or just consistently being contrarian isn't conducive to thoughtful discussions. I like having you here, but there is a reason for a lot of the pushback you get here.

Just trying to understand what happened. Did Mitchell do this when he won his other Title? Is this something he's always done or is it new this year? You can think what you want but I'm actually being serious and trying to understand the situation better. It's not always what you think but you do you

Then why add this to your comment if your post was nothing more than a neutral inquiry? "Or is only a gentleman when he wins?" I just wanted to express my opinion and will leave it at that.

The ref and review official in Duke match.
Obviously many people including myself have commented on the numerous issues about that decision. Some have said worst call ever at Nationals. I would think Jordan Oliver would disagree. His grab of a 2nd ankle against Steiber with no points awarded was in the finals. They ended up changing the rule.
Moving forward I would think that the officials will be told to signal 3 but allow action to continue with no whistle blown . On first break award the 3 even if pin takes place (No pin bonus point). They can review the original call to confirm without stopping the initial move .

Nah, we need to bring back the Bo Nickal approach of graciously helping your victim up off the mat after a humiliating pin.
