Cole not going on bottom cuts against Cael and the wrestlers proclaimed philosophy of getting better in all positions. It makes you wonder if because the prize that they worked for (the NCAA titlle)has arrived that they will now forgo their philosophy and do whatever is necessary to win.
Yes. That’s the point. Try things out during the season and see what works vs what doesn’t. When the money is on the table (NCAA Tournament) you don’t put your wrestle in bad positions.
There’s a bigger picture than that, it’s called process vs. result. It almost seems like you don’t trust the guy who’s probably the main reason why you’re here in the first pkace.

I think they fill in the 125 and 133 #1 seeds at some point during 141 or 149. Yes, you have to wait a bit for them, but they're still on the early side. They'll get 8 pigtails done immediately and then the other two as 125 starts. We may run into lilledahl and davis or SVN at the same time though.
Yes, some version of this happened last year. It got nutty there for a little bit, I remember, with three or four guys either going to close to going at once.
