I would not have predicted Forest matching Man City, 2-2. The Forest goals were really nice.

Newcastle only had 10 guys (Ramsey got 2 yellows), but some how they bested Man U., 2-1. The winning goal, by Osula, was highlight real worthy.

They deserved it to be honest. United didn't go hard enough for a second goal and it bit them. The red was a bit harsh not for the second card as I'm all for simulation yellows in the box. The first one was so early and it was a light pull...was a foul, but it was in the middle of the pitch. Justice you can say for Newcastle getting all 3 there.

Crazy match. Within minutes in the first half:

1. Crystal Palace seemingly go up 1-0, but after a lengthy VAR, the goal scorer is ruled offside by his nose (seriously).

2. Solanke scores and gives Tottenham a 1-0 lead. Tottenham athletic supporters go ape sh|t.

3. Palace tie it, 1-1.

4. Palace take the lead, 2-1.

5. Tottenham‘s van de Ven commits a foul in the penalty box and is given a red card. Palace score on a penalty kick and lead, 3-1. Tottenham athletic supporters leave in droves.

That VAR crap is getting out of hand. A friggin nose! But a clear flop a week ago and Spurs score a goal, VAR says a push. Corruption at its finest.

The dive Arsenal got is typically just bad officiating, but that was easy to overturn on VAR. They barely call simulation which is a joke, but you can bear hug someone in the box on a corner and it's just fine. Corners have turned into scrums and you can basically call a foul on every single one.

They need to clean up simulation and when teams are playing with 9 men due to simulation cards adding up....maybe it will slow down. I'm also a fan of if you need medical attention in the final 20 minutes of a match, you get 3 minutes to recover on the sideline. If a keeper does this since they cannot go off, another player does in his place. I believe the MLS is implementing something similar for a minute, but I think you need to make it hurt. ALL teams do both of these things so it's not just about one team being singled out.....they need hurt teams for blatant dives and time wasting.

a killer for @RyanSnyder

Everton played a great game (should have scored on one sequence where they hit the post and had a wide open rebound which they also missed; another play where the Arsenal defender was beaten but blocked the shot from the ground with a raised leg). But Arsenal scores in the 89th minute, and then again near the end of stoppage time in the 97the minute (Everton had a corner, and everyone, including the GK, was up, and Arsenal ended up getting a breakout).

I’d been busy all day and checked the score at 85’, good gracious me another two points dropped, and just after the match ended. Soccer, easy come, easy go. Sorry, Ryan.
