Couldn’t resist! Today definitely had a fair amount of trouble, but all’s well that ends well, I guess!
Barnstable only had 7 points, all in overtime. Green and Popoola played 51 minutes. 18 turnovers.
At least we know who we might play when 1st game usf starts at 2:00 pm tomorrow and our game is 4:30 pm hope USF losses so we will be supercharged to play a much easier opponent in the finals than usf charlottes web
I get along with most of you here so I say this with love but you guys are seriously fickle as frack! 6 losses in the year and any sign of a bad game, FIRE Konkol!!! Barnstable sucks!!!
This exactly. Lawal keeps us in it in the first half yet he isn’t good enough to play in OT? I know he is a freshman but we had 18 TO,s with the starters.
Unlikely. But Charlotte is playing fairly well lately.
I agree because I don’t think we can beat usf in a 3rd try if we get a 3rd attempt

I am not going to go back through this very long thread, but I doubt there is very much fire Konkol talk. And I really don’t think anyone said Barnstable sucks. I said that today his play was a liability. And until late in the third overtime, I believe I was correct.
Riley almost lost the game several times himself with unnatural turnovers and then won the game for TU with his drives and 17-17 free throws.
Oh and we are better than 1 loss Miami of Ohio who lost in their little tournament first game quarterfinals lol

When we went to double overtime that was the quote I was thinking about but didnt remember who said it.

I was busy attending to a friend today, and regrettably he was more important.
I watched the game around 8 o clock. I told everybody I saw that knew I was interested in the game not to say a word or I would murder them in their sleep in a poinful way. I told them I was seriously considering the Blood Eagle for the first one to say anything.
Then watchespn spoiled it for me. Beore I saw the game to watch, I saw the future game entre nous and Wichita St. I am considering that same torture for 1 or 2 heighty espn execs.
Then I watch the game, and realize they didn't exactly give it away completely.
Dean, Smikle, Rigby and Lawal should have had more minutes. They better be ready to play more tommorow. If Dean was injured tonight, he needs to be ready to sack up for tommorrow.
We are gonna have to do some cocaine for tomorrows game, and if we win, we'll have to find some medical grade cocaine for USF.
