Let me be clear, we are the bad draw at most weights, and even the two lower seeds aren't a picnic when they come to wrestle. (Directed more at Scooter than Cole). My quick thoughts:
125 - I don't love that both national finalists and the guy who beat him last year are on his side, but, I don't expect it to matter, and he will only wrestle one of them.
133 - I think Jax is the slight favorite to win the whole thing with the way he is wrestling. That said, I kind of wanted to Marcus to be on his side. That bracket will be fun regardless.
141 - Davis was giving Hardy a battle before he gassed. He could be over on the other side meeting Mendez early.
149 - I don't think it matters who Shane wrestles. He needs to be focused. If he is, I like his chances.
157 - Don't love it, but, I think it clicked for PJ and it doesn't matter who is where
165 - It truly doesn't matter. It sucks for those who drew Mitchell's side of the bracket.
174 - I think he and Welsh got the best draws out of our guys
184 - See above
197 - It doesn't matter. It sucks for those who drew Josh's side of the bracket.
285 - Not a great spot for Cole, but, he's going to have to battle no matter where he lands. Needs to win the rubber match with Kueter.
