If I had to pick one team today to win it, I'd probably still go with Michigan...however, I'm concerned with how much Cason's injury will hurt them. They'll be fine without the minutes he played while on the floor with Cadeau...however, Cadeau is really their only 1 left in the rotation, and they'll either be forced to play him a ton of minutes, or find another primary ball handler for 6-8 minutes/game.

Duke and Michigan probably in the final game. Don't see anyone beating either of them. Arizona, UConn and Florida next three. Florida is hot so maybe they have a shot. Don't see UConn or Arizona winning it all.
As a Carolina fan, I wouldn't trust Cadeau. Teams will play off and cut off penetration, giving him the 3. He's also a defensive liability due to size.

Valpo game was a good one. Also an incredible finish to the Lehigh-Holy Cross game a few minutes ago.
Hopefully you, and the dozens of fans in attendance, are treated to a good MAAC game.
Missed that one. Watched Navy-Bucknell for awhile, but the Navy PBP guy screaming on 3 point attempts with 6 minutes left became too much for me to take.

Lehigh stays alive. Thanks @Erial_Lion for the clip. Navy wasn't as dominant as hoped vs. Bucknell. Have to think if Lehigh gets to final, they will be confident but they have to get past 18-14 Colgate first.
Gardner-Webb (here in NC) may the lord love them, won last night for their 4th win of the year, beating USC Upstate in the Big South tournament. Love it when the underdog wins after a tough year.
#1-seed LIU has a wide open road to the tourney with Central CT getting beat by 2-seed Wagner in the Northeast tournament.
#1-seed Merrimack gets the 9th seed Sacred Heart today after they upset Iona yesterday in the MAAC.

Agreed. I liked Cadeau when he was here at UNC but he has limitations. BTW, I think he makes a few million a year in endorsements - basically a pro who will eventually play overseas.

Illinois St-Northern Iowa should be a good one tonight...I'll predict the winner of that game ends up winning the Conference.
That has to sting if you are Belmont. They are 38 in RPI. At this point, I wouldn't rule anyone out including Drake. Valpo, Ill St., Bradley and Murray State are possible.
Watching Valparaiso play again makes me think JT Pettigrew would be a great fit in the transfer portal if he wants to move up a level. He’d really fit the style Rhoades wants to play, add an athletic rebounder, and hopefully would take a look at us with the family connections (feel the exact same about Carey Booth if he did want to move one final time).
Dan Hurley will almost certainly be suspended for UConn’s first game at MSG with that outburst. What a disgrace.
He is such a hot head and poor sport. I never liked UConn but really dislike them with him at the helm. What a whiny crybaby he is.

One of my former baseball players is a student at Auburn. He religiously goes to all athletic events and said that same thing that was mentioned above, no one respects that coach. They respected his father, but most of that was because of him being a solid basketball coach, but also a super shady guy. pretty sure most of those kids would be ineligible without academic help that they get that’s arranged by Bruce as well as keeping kids out of trouble. When you talk about one of the biggest cheaters ever in college basketball coaching, Bruce Pearl is on the list.

Lehigh beat Colgate today so a little closeer to the Duke rematch. It was a great game. Really physical inside play.
Turns out that one of my friends is the shot clock official and he was in the background for the half court shot that beat Holy Cross on Thursday. Said he was on all the You Tube and ESPN replays.

For those who don't remember. Lehigh upset Duke in the tournament in 2020 75-70. C J McCollum had 30 points for Lehigh. It was a 15th seed upsetting a 2 seed.

Wow. Last I looked Navy was winning. Going to be a great game on Wednesday at Lehigh vs. Navy. I am a PSU grad with 2 grad degrees from Lehigh and I worked there for 18 years. I attend most Lehigh games. The Lehigh team is very blue collar and they have tended to peak in the second half.
