Herndon stalled the whole semi.
You're right

Was able to find the Cedar Cliff guys semifinals on the Flowrestling YouTube feed. Muyleart looked good, jumped out 7-0 and was in control. He can win the title and I think Herndon is an underdog.

FWIW:

Muyleart has consistently better results vs common opponents than Albanese.

Herndon is 3-0 vs Wenner, all 3 matches this year. 4-2, injury default, and 4-3.

Away we go with the finals:

Elijah Brown will be the fifth match of the championship round. The defending PIAA 215-pound champ and Penn State Class of 2026 signee is 45-1 this season and 172-20 in his career. The senior from Belle Vernon is taking on Paxton Hunt out of District 1. The Garnet Valley senior is 46-1 and 135-37 in his career.

hmm, @ 285 AAA, Bechtold (Owen J. Roberts) pins McConneha (North Allegheny) @ 0:29 to win the title.
Bechtold had one opponent make the 2nd period all year. He majored Nolan Reinert 14-1 in the semis. (Coincidentally or otherwise, Reinert was a 215 for most of the year, and attacked Bechtold on feet.) Nobody else lasted longer than 1:57.

Lehigh got themselves a really good HWT prospect.

I wanted to look for the finals matchups but they're not listed anywhere. You can go through the brackets individually but actually listing them somewhere isn't something anybody thought of.

Once again wrestling proves that it sucks at promoting itself.

PIAA, PA Power Wrestling, and Inside PA Wrestling all did on the tweeter. PIAA also posted a link to the brackets. PA-Wrestling.com did on Spacebook. It's possible others did on social media -- I didn't search beyond my feed.

Flo did not, and that's a huge miss especially since they're broadcasting the event -- though their X feed is hard to scroll thru with all of the over-the-top hype graphics.

Feels like in years past pa power and piaa put out the final placers as they took the podium. PIAA nowhere to be found and Pa Power is silent on it.
