Penn State set to hire Colorado State wide receivers coach Kashif Moore
Penn State football coach Matt Campbell has made his pick to replace departing receivers coach Noah Pauley.
I assume he knows how to disarm an angry receiver with a knife?I hope he understands our tradition at WR.

Or say a wr was on the planeI assume he knows how to disarm an angry receiver with a knife?
He'll have Mo Humphrey on that plane !!!!Or say a wr was on the plane
Have you seen the schedule? Could it be any easier?Really?
This the best Matt Campbell could manage even with 2 weeks notice?
Buckle up and fasten your seatbelts.. it’s going to be a bumpy season.
I see he played for Gattuso. Is Greg actively involved via the PSU Letterman? Let’s hope not.
That is because 1. Campbell is a ball coach that is looking for something very specific. As with recruits he is not looking for "star power" but rather a set a traits that are compatible with how he runs a program. What these are we will see in due course. 2. Insiders, sites and fans were simply guessing, or suffering from wish-fulfillment, as it is clear how close to the vest he keeps his decision making process. The insiders from the different sites were very wrong on this hire! This site had a final two of Gattis and Engram and the other site had a hot board top 10 that didn’t list Moore. Yikes.
I think the schedule is very favorable for Campbell to have a successful first season.Have you seen the schedule? Could it be any easier?
Yeah, it’s clear he runs a very tight confidential operation. It’s also clear the insiders at both sites do not have sources yet in his operation! That is because 1. I like how he operates.
I agree, however, just keep your mind open for that one team that has that wild surprising year. I believe that team could potentially be Minny, hell it could even be NW.I think the schedule is very favorable for Campbell to have a successful first season.
Yes TBDYoung, had a talented kid he helped develop over the last two years, got a cup of coffee in the NFL and is a NJ guy. Still TBD but I see this as having a lot of upside.
At this time there are no insiders not that there were many before. Under Campbell insiders may not be very necessary or even go extinct as he's a very open guy. In the past the so-called insiders were fed a bunch of um, stuff and half-truths.That is because 1. Campbell is a ball coach that is looking for something very specific. Nahhh we need to thin the herd, let them jump.I have never heard of this guy. However, I am down with the hire. Before people start jumping off a cliff, which I have noticed people have already started to panic over other things, lets calm down and let this staff cook.
We can't jump off the cliff? But bobby did, why can't I?I have never heard of this guy. However, I am down with the hire. Before people start jumping off a cliff, which I have noticed people have already started to panic over other things, lets calm down and let this staff cook.
When you say the premium board, are referring to "the sky is falling" people, lol?We can't jump off the cliff? But bobby did, why can't I?
Seriously, it is pretty funny to see the panic on the premium board over a guy they know nothing about. Hungry to make their careers assistants are what you want. Kashif seems to be that kind of guy.

I will reserve judgment until we start seeing the product on the field. We can't jump off the cliff? But bobby did, why can't I?

Seriously, both insider boards have been hugely inaccurate from the head coaching search to the assistants and recruiting. I don’t think one is more accurate than the other. They both have had significant recent gaffes as well. This one had Engram and Gattis as finalists for WR coach, and the other one put a crystal ball out for Spell to PSU, and within a week or so of that crystal ball then commits to Georgia.lol at "insiders"
It's interesting how the "premium boards" on X and Instagram do not let you post a response as not to leak info to the unclean. Information and social media moves so fast it is diminishing the premium boards as exclusive information sources.Seriously, both insider boards have been hugely inaccurate from the head coaching search to the assistants and recruiting. The "premium" board is a colossal waste of time. I joined it this month to read the recruiting updates, but it will be short lived. The noise to content ratio is extreme. Couple of decent posters but the number of tools bloviating there makes reading any thread insufferable. It's interesting how the "premium boards" on X and Instagram do not let you post a response as not to leak info to the unclean. The other board is similar. There are some good posters, some of whom are insiders to a degree, and there is a lot of noise as well as you indicate about this one. It seems like the insider posters who are not on staff seem to have better information than the staff. Sitake and Campbell came from such non-staff insider posters days before more “official” info came out. The actual staff seem to be the ones who often get and run with the bad information. The "premium" board is a colossal waste of time. You can just ask Grok to summarize the paywall articles to you on X.It's interesting how the "premium boards" on X and Instagram do not let you post a response as not to leak info to the unclean. This sounds a lot like what Iowa says......."we don't recruit stars, we develop talent". That plan doesn't beat Ohio State, Michigan, Oregon and most likely won't beat USC and Indiana. 3 start talent gives a lot of feel good stories but not a lot of high level performers. That is because 1.
