Ikr some of them probably thought we had 0% chance especially w Joey O still out.. this was the biggest unexpected upset I can recall.. wow first ever win over Minny too that just beat Iowa
Minnesota has been a tough team for years. Always solid. Their fans are very disappointed with today's outcome. They had a huge win last week over Iowa and this week we beat them. This was our first time beating them. Arguably one of the biggest wins in program history.
That was a great win and I have to admit, I was one of the dоuches that wanted Goody, gone.Good redemption win for Goodale and staff.Wonder if we will crack the top 10 after that win.Probably move into 12th or 13th in the rankings.

This was a HUGE win!!! Minnesota is a blue blood in this conference... They were also coming off a HUGE win last week vs Iowa....
Tonite is perfect example of why I don’t bash Goody or any RU wrestler when we lose …talking wrestling is one thing but what some do here is wrong…two of the most maligned guys here got huge wins tonite which I’m sure no one would have predicted …WNG knows both Anthony White and Andrew Clark put their heart and souls into this team and do the best that their talent affords them just like every guy on this team ....college wrestling is brutal and to do it and maintain excellence in the classroom is no easy task so relish nights like tonite and be the fans we all are ..losing is tough for sure but they don’t lose on purpose so why treat them like they do …yea I love it when we win like tonite but I don’t spew hate when they lose and call for someone to lose their job …hope tonite is a trend we can build on but if it doesn’t I will still love RU wrestling
