Well we did just lose to them this year. So hopefully they aren’t looking too far ahead. Will be nice to get the extra day to prep before USC
2018 I was at Cutty’s in Jackson Hole… owners are from Philly. I walked in with a PSU hoodie and hat… drank for free!Your fun fact of the day:
Penn State opponents have scored 0 points in the last 145 minutes of game action in Friday Night regular season games.
----
- Shut out MSU in Detroit in 2023.
- Shut out Maryland in their "biggest game in Maryland school history, we're cancelling classes for this!" in 2019*.
- Held Illinois scoreless the final 25:00 in 2018.
* To Maryland's credit, their 59-0 loss was actually a SMALLER margin of defeat than the 2 previous times Penn State played in College Park (66-3 in 2017 and 70-7 in 1993)!

One of my cousins is married to a Terp graduate, a big fan. I went to both the 66-3 and the 59-0 games and during halftime of the second game I texted her: “Jane is wondering if Penn State is this good all the time.” Her response: “Maryland is probably wondering the same thing.”Your fun fact of the day:

I was at 66-3 as well. Started in the upper deck but it didn’t take long to be about 20 rows from the fieldOne of my cousins is married to a Terp graduate, a big fan. I'm not big on going to away games but if I was, I'd try to go to this one. Seems like a really cool venue and you only get 1 stadium opener.
Does anybody know whether PSU still has bus trips to away venues like this game?![]()

And Witvoet will be in the replay booth!Save your travel $$. There's no way the B1G allows NW to lose their B1G home opener.
It will be the Ron Snodgrass officiating crew.
