Gosling starring in next Star Wars due in 2027. Just learned that.
So what thread should movies that once were in theaters and now are on streaming services go into? 
what about ones that go directly to streaming? A movie or streaming “show”?? 
how about a generic title: Media Thread and we can have an Obituary thread too! 
and has anyone seen or heard from ODShowtime?

My son is in the Trailer/Video marketing business. Here's some links to some stuff he's done recently. This is by no means an endorsement for the film (HIM) and game from me or him. The descriptions next to the film name are trailer speak for what they are.
A little more info. These are designed primarily for an international audience. As such they were told to pretty much eliminate all football scenes.

Here's his web site with lots of stuff. I think the site needs work. Some of it's interesting. Also if anybody needs a good editor his contact info is on the site. Yes that is a shameless plug.

Son1 and I watched this last nite 5 ricks 5 son1s very Jordan peelish LOVE Julia garner so much
Watched the latest Oz Perkins horror fest, Keeper. It was weird and not great compared to Longlegs and The Monkey. Although he only directed it and didn’t write the script.
Don’t like horror movies - last I saw was ‘Midsommer’; but, I do like thrillers and thought ‘Bugonia’ may be the best film I’ve seen this year. Has some horror beats/undertones as the tension ratchets up and was also produced by Ari Astor. Maybe biggest shock is how skinny Jessie Plemmons is in this. Streaming on Peacock.

Saw 28 Yrs Later The Bone Temple last night. Really enjoyed it and had some great acting in it and terrific scenes between Ralph Fiennes, Alpha zombie Samson, and Jack O’Connell (Jimmy Crystal and the lead vamp in Sinners). A wild Ralph Fiennes scene included with him performing to The Number of The Beast by Iron Maiden. Cillian Murphy appears at the end to continue the story in another film upcoming to be directed by Danny Boyle and written by Alex Garland.
Went to see song sung blue. Music part was good, wasn’t expecting the deep tragic part of it though.
watched rip with Damon and affleck. It was ok.
watched him and hers. That was decent. More of a presumed innocent thing. I figured out the killer, 3/4 way through.
Watching “steal” right now. Second episode just finished,
finished landman. So good.
Rewatched wind river. So good. Another Sheridan movie which i forgot.
watched first episode of hijack season 2 . Surprised they didnt load more for the start.
watched avatar 3 over Christmas break. It was ok.

Just rewatching a great sci-fi flick from a few years ago: Ex Machina. Great Garland flick starring Oscar Isaak. Pertinent in today’s AI world.
