They're so good it's almost embarrassing.

Honest to God, back in 2010 - 2011, I said that the team anchored with Taylor and Ruth was the best team ever assembled........ I've been proven wrong maybe a half dozen times since then. THIS squad might be the best yet. At Iowa next..... Friday 7 PM Big Ten Network.

We kicked *** for sure, but in spite of some starters being out and wresting four true freshmen I thought Rutgers wrestled hard for the most part. This is probably Caels best team with baby face Braeden in at 141. PJ Duke is maybe the most impressive true freshman I've ever seen. Rinse and repeat era. Enjoy it.

This year's wrestling team may be the best in NCAA history. Guess what. They are going to be even better next season. They only lose Levi Haynes and have a bevy of great recruits coming in.

Don't forget Ono too. Not sure where he fits but he is a world champion! The wrestling program has incredible talent for the foreseeable future. Their future recruits are the top wrestlers in high school. Guys like Landon Sidun from western Pa are future national champions.

With all the NIL money talk dominating other threads, etc.....I hope these wrestlers are getting big bank. They're earning it big time!!!

the Mennonite Marauder is one of my all time favorites!! Hes from a suburb of Biglerville, which is a suburb of Gettysburg!

How spoiled are we? Well, it is now a bit of a surprise when one of our wrestlers are even taken down. It is an amazingly talented and deep team. Most of the wrestlers have world championship freestyle medals. They now have a NCAA record 78 dual meet win streak going on. And as one announcer said, it feels like we are in the middle of the streak, not near the end.

Levi's uncle Chris is the wrestling coach at Gettysburg HS. Chris's son Blake wrestles for the Warriors and so did his daughter Zoey (a 3X PA state champion). Quite the powerhouse wrestling family in SC PA.
