    login to espn on the roku with your direct tv login then try it.. it will pop up use sec+ or secnetwork+ with your provider so click on sec network+ with provider..

    If you have an X1 box just speak into remote and ask for sec network Plus and if you don’t have an x1 box then get one . It does not cost extra and it has all the apps on the box and you can set reminders for MSU sports whether they are on a cable channel or the internet like the plus sec...

    I have an FSA that supplies us with a credit card with the amount that I choose at benefit sign up and just use the card for any medical type expense even prescription sunglasses but use it or lose it but it is quite handy and keep your receipts in case you have to prove it is a medical expense...
