    Compare his record at Clemson, that would be closer to UT's level. He was at Clemson 4 seasons, first season NIT the other 3 seasons he took them to the NCAA, 1 Sweet Sixteen. If he can take UT to the NCAA 3 out of 4 seasons, that would be great for them. UT just needs to build a stable program...
