I agree. 2015 was my first thought but that loss gave me a little bit of life perspective. I don't take any loss very hard after 2015. It showed me there is more to life than a basketball game. 1997 I was only 17 years old so I didn't need that lesson yet ;).
yes if it bounces off the rim or even sitting on the rim it is not considered goaltending on an out of bounds pass. And vise versa a defensive player can swat it off the rim or even in the air right above the goal.
Not sure why so many think this could even possibly be a goaltending. You can't shoot it from out of bounds so how can it be goaltending if its not a shot?
