    We self-reported that we practiced too long and the NCAA turned it into 36 innings just to smear Polk? I don't buy that either.

    Arkansas State doesn't even register in that State. That's like asking if Delta State's basketball recruiting is going to affect MSU or Ole Miss because they hired Richard Williams.

    I certainly think he's a candidate along with Bunky. No one has mentioned Jared Holloway yet, so I will. He was highly recruited, drafted and came to State anyway. Then he had control problems, was RS and left. So, he's a good candidate.

    I haven't seen him pitch this year, so I don't know. I do know that last year they worked with him speeding his delivery up, so it wouldn't surprise me. If it's not broke, don't fix it.

    Alonzo's brother, Co-Eric got on Croom's bad side and that didn't help us out. Garrett's parents are big in the BC, and I would venture to guess that someone's parents have a big influence on where their child goes.

    You're right, you don't piss on the NCAA. Polk's vigilantism is going to ruin him at MSU one way or the other. Either he will get fired for focusing too much on the NCAA and not enough on his team winning or the NCAA will take care of him for us.
