So has the current coach. What's that got to do with ****? Are you okay going past the Sw16 once a decade if it means a championship once every 20 years?

    The good old days!

Didn't we so the same to UNC and Tenn at home though? Weren't we doing the same to Auburn until Washington went down? šŸ¤” Seems like you may just be a little bitter.

Doesn't seem like the good times were all that long ago.

At the current payout price? Yea. That's kind of a no brainer. I think there are better names that could be more worth paying it for. Musselman is the only one of those 3 I would consider, and the buyout would need to be in the 15 million or less range to justify paying it to hire him.

Nate Oats has never been past a SW16. What is supposed to be exciting about that? He teams chuck a bunch of 3's and hope they are on that night. No thanks! Musselman is an interesting one to watch, but his age works against him. Scott Drew has been past the sw16 3 times in 20 years. Only once...

    Say we pay the buyout...

They do? Where has anyone said they had to win a title first? Why do you just make **** up when you can't formulate a good argument? Pitino and Cal both had final fours and solid track records. Both had also been NBA head coaches. Not just SW16's or less. Smith was a bad hire. Outside of...

    Say we pay the buyout...

Lol, you jumped to that simply because I think a guy who has not been out of the 2nd rd in his 11 yr career isn't the person we should blow nearly $70 million on? 🤣 UCONN is essentially a blueblood, and, so far, he hasn't been out of the 1st rd there. Get a grip!

    Say we pay the buyout...

To the 2nd rd? Not to mention he is in his 5th year at Uconn. That's a pretty solid program to need 5 years to get past the 1st rd of the tournament. Going to need a lot more to get behind hin.

    Say we pay the buyout...

He's never been out of the 2nd rd of the tournament. That's in 11 years of coaching. I get UCONN is the top ranked team at the moment, but Hurley's resume is atrocious so far.
