For those of you into music analysis here is a great breakdown of “Wouldn’t it be Nice” by the Beach Boys. Pretty sophisticated song in my opinion. If you‘re interested, listen to Rick Beato’s analysis of the flip side, “God Only Knows.” My favorite 45 of all time

Great post! I’ll even suggest that, at least for me, being a shredder is just a choice of musical preference, for which I have no desire. A “shredder“ is just a style preference and not a proficiency level. It would be interesting to see a shredder play Cavatina, or other pieces that are very...

i respect his talent but what I perceive to be his general approach of atonal dissonance that seemingly never resolves is not my style and not to my liking. Just my opinion but I strongly prefer a more structured approach.

Your last sentence says it all!!!, at least for me. I got my first guitar from a friend for $14 and the John Barleycorn Must Die album. Horrible guitar… A friend taught me three cords and then went off to Vietnam in 1970. lots of selt teaching over the decades. It’s been a wonderful journey...

C corp or S corp? Sounds like a C based on the OP suggested tax rate?

That will likely be taxed as income rather than LTCG. Generally, a stock sale would be highly preferable. im sure you are/will but figure out the tax implications of the two. It’s likely be preferable to structure a stock sale even at a lower sale price.

Yes, and a stock deal would be preferable to an asset sale In terms of tax treatment.

I don‘t know if Iran is closer to nuclear weapons or not. Respectfully, why do you believe they are closer? Not disputing your thought, it just seems more and more difficult to glean the truth these days.
