    This isn't a simple solution. Federal laws must be changed to allow it to happen. The IRS has rules that define who is an employee and who is a subcontractor.     I wonder if the fund raising for the stadium upgrade impacts the NIL available for basketball. Posters have pointed out the need for some big pocketed donors for basketball, but no one is stepping up. Perhaps some potential donors have instead donated to the stadium campaign. Thoughts?
