    Feeding the post

    I coached basketball for 40 years. We use to tell our guards, wings if they see more than 2 hands playing defense not to throw it in....just count hands. Iowa has a tendency to throw it into a crowd. IMO. The count hands thing was effective and an easy way to teach it.

    Emely recruited by UConn for a reason....Hope Jan doesn't lose faith in her. I think limiting substitutions is best, but she needs to be in that top 7 or 8 and get more minutes. IMO

    Couldn't believe how well Illinois was shooting...and well coached. The difference in one year and coaching change was pretty amazing.
