EXPECTATIONS....

None of that makes sense. Whether a coach has big success in year 2, year 3 or year 6 there is going to be a chance they will leave. Essentially what you are saying is its better to not be good for a few years and then have moderate success so that maybe your coach isn't a hot name. How is that...

MD was certainly at an advantage with the two tackles Prince and Gray in the program already but about 100 of those P5 offers are from recruits Durkin brought in himself.
