    I would like for him to change how he runs the program and make championships the number 1 priority here. I want him to maintain some roster continuity from year to year. If he would do all that I would love him to be our coach for another 15 years or so.

    Combined with Cal's coaching, that team would be primed for a run equivalent to that of the 2016 team in my view.
