    I'd say the difference was EV getting the ball back with 1:26 left in the 1st half (receiving in the 2nd half kickoff and up by 7, or 6, can't remember) and opting for 3 straight pass plays. They ran off 30 seconds in that possession. King george scored again to close the half. Someone said...

    Yeah, EV didn't put their best foot forward. To me, they haven't looked right this year. It was close until the 3rd quarter and then I think injuries to key guys took a toll and I think EV just wasn't ready for the moment. They weren't ready to play today.

    I didn't think this had much to do with the EV football program. I thought it was AD led. The Cpep vs EV game is a huge money maker for the athletic department. I'm glad they were able to work it out.

    Going back to last season into this season EV held KG scoreless for 4 consecutive quarters and lost both games. When they get going, they're tough to stop. I picked Dinwiddie last week, but going with KG in this one. I'm usually wrong though.

    We played both teams this year. I'll take Dinwiddie. I left the KG game thinking we could have won if we played mistake free. I left Dinwiddie thinking we wouldn't have beaten them if we made zero mistakes. Matchups mean a ton though so maybe I'm overlooking some things.
