    No need for a pissing match. Happy to discuss the legal issues with you. I just think that the law does not keep collectives from doing pay for play.

    And you know what. The NCAA will do nothing about trying to enforce it because they know that having collectives pay recruits is a lot less expensive for their member schools than having this end up going to the courts where the Supreme Court will eventually laugh in their face and the schools will be stuck with direct pay for play.
