If your going to have an alligator exhibit, cool.
fence it off and tell people to go look at the alligators. Don't allow free range alligators in a man made lake next to one of your hotels. They can be removed fairly easily.

Disney can't afford to have guys on payroll that either removes or kills every single alligator that gets on it property? It's crazy tho think they allow dangerous wildlife to inhabit their property. It might cost a few hundred thousand a year, but it can be done...
