    We are in section 117, two rows from the concourse, and I saw a number of empty seats. But a lot of people seemed to watch the game from the concourse, especially by a spot at the railing where there is a small bar that allowed them to easily eat their food, drink their beers and watch the game.

    Without the students the atmosphere yesterday evening was pretty lame. No buzz or energy in the crowd.

    Neither the O or D coordinator is looking good today. The play calling when we had fourth and goal was questionable. On fourth and eight we don’t pressure the QB. Maybe this is just a wasted year until the new stadium is open for a new coaching staff.

    A friend was at the Bluestone on Central recently and he got into a conversation with a group of Ryan Field construction workers. They said that because they haven’t had many work days canceled because of cold or snow, the project was ahead of schedule.
