Well according to the NCAA's new guidelines I guess it will be acceptable for borderline student athletes to pay the smart kid to take their SAT now and the NCAA won't have any jurisdiction on the matter.
The pressure will be on Duke this year considering they are a slight favorite to win it all again. Kentucky is ranked slightly behind Duke at #2 according to Vegas so maybe they can sneak up on them.
Duke does seem to be in on the top talent in 2016 and 17. Cal needs to pull a rabbit...
