    Hate to give Pat Forde credit..

    Forde is a good writer. He lets his bias get control sometimes and pukes up something like the "Calipari made his bed..." column which made Forde look foolish three weeks later when that "failure of a team" almost won the NC. It did greatly endear him to the UL faithful for a while.

    Those two ACL tears suffered by Nerlens and Alex were the gorilla in the room for everyone. Especially Alex. His injury was so random. Dakari would really have been better off by staying but I'm sure there are circumstances that influenced him to go.

    A shot clock violation is not a subjective call. Just like a two/three point shot call it is objective and should be reviewable at any time during the game. All the calls you mentioned are subjective (judgement) calls and will never be open to review.

    Jordan Cornette is a Notre Dame alum 2001-05. His best year was his junior season. 6 pts and 6 rebounds per game. He came very close to calling Utah over Duke because of Utah's 7' Polish guy. Dude is just trying to make a name for himself.
