  All three coaches hired this off season were at Drake. Minnesota got the first one who was hired away after one year to Colorado State. Then, Darian DeVries who went from 20 years at Creighton to Drake for his first HC job. Coach Ben McCollum wanted the Iowa job, so he used Drake hire as the springboard.
