    CardChipper is right about the Meiners interview-it was not friendly. RP still does speak with media, but only on his friendly terms (e.g. the CJ interview last week). I am not sure I buy the "legal advice" excuse. He can do post game interviews and say "I cant speak about that" every time...

    Dakich said the latest scandal, along with the history of sex scandals at UL, would cause him to remove RP as coach. DD said Rick was luck to have an AD that supported him so strongly, that he (DD) wouldn't want RP to be his coach if he were the UL AD.

    Seems distinctly possible that NCAA could vacate wins. Precisely how the money flowed and from whom will determine this. Would be ironic if Rick's only win against Cal at UK was vacated.

    This scandal should regenerate momentum for NBA team to Louisville. UL has for years effectively blocked a NBA team through the one-sided financial terms with the Yum center. The public wouldn't allow UL to obstruct a NBA team after this saga. One of many parallel stories to follow.
