    It sure as hell matters to me. There are plenty of scenarios where the kicker/punter is the last man standing on a botched return coverage wise and we need someone heavy enough to tackle opposing players.

    I was slightly incorrect in my previous posts, Day can do both kicking and punting. I believe his strength is punting.

    Day is 6 foot 2" and 195 lbs vs Davidowicz at 5 foot 9" and anywhere from 155 to 185 lbs, depending on where you're looking. So yes Day does have better measurables, Davidowicz would need to put on some serious weight.

    We recently offered 2 star 2017 kicker Tucker Day out of Georgia I believe. He has more favorable measures over the Bridgewater kicker, who is only 155lbs. Not sure of Tucker's interest level with Rutgers but yes they certainly are looking for kickers.
