The DL doesn't. So the ID's don't match. So my Texas DL was no longer a valid voter ID. Good enough to drive, fly, buy alcohol, buy a gun, open a bank account, rent a car, etc. But not to vote. And you cannot change it online. Nope. Have to make an in person appointment. I made mine for 90 days out, then had to take an afternoon to wait to get it changed.
