    First thing I would do is encourage these players and stop dictating their every move. Missouri is a prime example those players never once looked at the bench when they messes up or missed a shot. They were playing free and fun. Our guys are so scared to screw up they don't do anything...

    If you don’t get those elite players that make your system work and win, then you have to adjust your system to fit what you have. CCC is still running plays that don’t fit his team skill set.

    CCC is being paid to win games at UK not make these money in the NBA, if all he cares about is helping these kids get to the league, he should go coach/run the run the g-league or whatever or semi-pro league is out there.

    It’s all on Cal, he has a system that requires certain players if he doesn’t get certain players then the system doesn’t work. A good coach makes adjustments to his system when he doesn’t get those players or he works with what he gets. Ultimately it’s on the coach, no one else.

    The problem is everybody on this team thinks they can block shots. A ball fake and they jump out of the gym trying to block it. That's why the zone won't work. Stay on the floor and send them to Jackson and stay home on the shooters.
