    except, that's not how a lot of these coaches look at things. The bigger the stage and the brighter the lights, the more fulfilling it is (for some). They are not afraid of failure like some people.

    Yes, because I think Beth would do her diligence to have someone younger, with more recent international medals, great teacher, highly respected, etc.

    Fran the man

    I have fond memories of Fran's tenure. Loved that he could control his hot temper. Never went full Bobby Knight as I remember, but the stare down with the ref was epic.
